Faulty Product Returns

Returns within 14 days will be accepted and a full refund or exchange will be provided in the following cases:

- The product arrives damaged
- The product is faulty or unsafe or not of acceptable quality.
- The product is significantly different from what was described.

Under these scenarios, the cost of return postage will be covered.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please note this on the delivery agent’s copies of the delivery note. Please provide photos of damaged/incorrect parcel or products.


How to Return

If you would like to return a product please go to the Contact Us page or email Customer Care at info@healthdetox.co.za. Please type Refund or Return into the subject line and let us know the following information.


- Reason for return
- Order Number or Invoice
- Delivery Waybill Number
- Preference of either replacement or refund

We will arrange a courier collection from you in the case of damaged or faulty delivery or products.

Once we receive the product back and if the return requirements have been met we will either process your replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the return.
