An essential amino acid which is nutritionally beneficial in support of muscle protein synthesis and collagen formation. When combined with exercise this amino acid supports the building of lean muscle. L-Lysine can be obtained through diet or supplementation making it an essential amino acid supplement in the maintenance of good health.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: Take two capsules one to two times per day preferably on an empty stomach or as recommended by your health care professional.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Not recommended for children.
